We offer psychotherapy for individuals (children, adolescents, and adults) struggling with a wide range of mental health concerns. We provide psychotherapy for various mental health concerns including Anxiety, Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress (PTSD, Psychotic Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Stress Management, Anger management, body image, Immigration issues, self-esteem difficulties, and life transitions.
Treatment approach:
We use evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused therapy. We take a personalized approach to therapy, tailoring our interventions and techniques to meet the specific goals and circumstances of each individual.
